OpenClaw Bootstrap Intro

OK so this post starts here. A friend in my Discord server also uses OpenClaw. At first I thought I was already pretty impressive for creating a workflow to upload blog posts from Discord, plus doing all kinds of fun stuff with OpenClaw. I even bought extra API keys from Chutes for TTS, Embedding, and many other things.

With the idea from my friend, plus the workflow I had “bought” from early 2026, I decided to do a little science experiment with AI.

I’m not exactly a Power User like my friend, but the idea was genuinely cool enough for a science experiment.

In the end I burned 90M tokens of GPT-5.3-Codex and 10M tokens of Opus 4.6. Estimated cost was ~$25 for the entire workflow. Since most of it was Cached Input, it wasn’t that expensive.

Phase One: Hosting Directly from VPS

In the early phase, it was mostly about hosting directly from the VPS IP. But later I also set up GitHub for Kyouka and the Vercel CLI so she could deploy on her own.

However it still wasn’t Vercel public yet, not until later when it finally got public deployment working.

The New Game Begins: Heartbeat Supervisor

OK so by now I had manually created 6 websites just by chatting with Kyouka. So the next game begins. I set up Heartbeat.md and used it to let Kyouka supervise itself. Self-monitoring where it was in the process. Until it reached Ready state. So in the later phase I only gave a few basic requirement prompts.

There was still a small bug where it hit Ready but didn’t reply, so I had to nudge Kyouka a bit before it sent the links over.

That entire evening I couldn’t sleep because the feeling was just… something else. Unemployment incoming.

Conclusion: The Science Experiment Ends Here

After checking more carefully, my OpenCode workflow wasn’t actually applied 100%. The science experiment ends here. The future is getting scarier by the day.

Anyway, here’s the list of websites Kyouka created through the OpenCode workflow for your reference.
